What payment methods do you accept? ▾

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfer for annual Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Do you offer non-profit or educational discounts? ▾

Yes — we offer 30% discounts for registered non-profit organisations, charities, and educational institutions. Contact our team with proof of status to apply.

What happens to my data if I cancel? ▾

Upon cancellation, you will have 30 days to export all your data. After 30 days, all data is securely deleted in accordance with our data retention policy and GDPR requirements.

Is there a setup fee? ▾

There is no setup fee for Starter or Professional plans. Enterprise plans include a professional onboarding package priced separately based on scope and complexity.
